oka guys heres how it is
tools:-
- blender ( the easiest)
- biturn
- A3d ( just waiting to know if i can post this tool proprietery)
- a brain
- balls ( i dont want to be stormed with emails and ims wanting to know how to do it i dont need to know or guide you on how to do it in your private time )
1. download the model posted here at the bottom dont worry about the ini files for now.
2. convert it to .3ds unless you get the ascii scene import for blender.
3. separate the model from the 3 main types collision, main body and the removables(bonet, boot and the doors, bumpers, and tires as presented at the bottom.
4. now make sure that you link the objects correctly. ie if i want to edit the hood (hood scoop) then you select the hood and while slected in edit mode(tab) you edit it so that it works else you get a floating scoop and no hood.
anything else let me know....

When I converted it to Wavefront (.obj) then placed it in the Objects file, the game crashed.

You have to use a proprietary/developer tool to convert to the .obj format the game uses.
The extension they use for their models is unfortunate, as it conflicts with the usual .obj format:

It's proprietary, so it's best to get permission before uploading the program.

On the Left we see the code off of a freshly exported "obj." On the right we see the "obj." straight from the game file. It looks like hex! Could there be a possibility to make the obj. file work with a hex editor? Oh and I'm using PSPad -- thanks to Altaircz.

heres the a3d program i have express permission to distribute it but it stays in this forum/group just to let you know...
export your model as .3ds or 3ds max ascii scene import with a3d and set the ini settings accordingly

You're Attachments should be 700mb now. I think I have to change everyone''s setting one at a time, hopefully not. PLUS You're the man for getting permission!

So I got the car in game. BUT the tires are flying around the car, so it can't drive. I checked and the User Defined data is right.
